Shipping Policy
Carriers & Rates G&R Diesel ships via UPS and USPS. Shipping rates are carrier-calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Your exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment is collected.
Shipping Destinations We ship to all 50 US states and Canada. We do not currently ship internationally outside of these regions.
Processing & Handling Time Orders are typically processed and ready to ship within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Heavy & Oversized Parts Many of our diesel components are heavy or oversized. Freight-class items may require additional handling time or carrier coordination. If your order qualifies as freight, we will contact you with shipping options and any additional costs before fulfillment.
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use it to monitor delivery status directly on the UPS or USPS website.
