Our billet valve cover eliminates the restrictive, maintenance-heavy factory CCV filter and replaces it with a maintenance-free baffled CCV vent system. No more spending money on expensive replacement filters.
This upgraded ventilation setup keeps crankcase pressures stable at higher RPM, ensuring your Cummins runs cleaner, smoother, and at peak performance under load.

Every valve cover comes complete with:

• Billet aluminum oil fill cap (other styles available)

• Baffled billet CCV canister with a -12 ORB to 1″ hose barb

• Stainless steel socket head hardware

• O-ring sealing surfaces for a clean, leak-free installation

• Rubber plug for the drain adapter plate

• Two CCV sensor ports (one for 2008–2012 trucks, both used on 2013+ models)

• Blocking plate included for unused ports

All components—including the oil fill cap—are proudly manufactured in the USA from solid 6061-T6 billet aluminum for uncompromising strength and durability.
