Complete T4 turbo mounting kit to eliminate that nagging factory VNT charger. Our billet 6.0 Powerstroke turbo pedestal is available for both S300 and S400 applications. The S400 variation is 1″ taller for the larger compressor housing to clear the intake manifold. Most companies sell a “spacer” to do this however we have a purpose-built pedestal to properly fit the larger turbo. Our kit comes complete with all mounting hardware and billet aluminum turbo pedestal. Our billet pedestal is also available with stainless up-pipes and 4″ aluminum intake tube & filter. Do you have a bolt-in style sump that leaks? This is the part that you have been waiting for! We have designed a clamp in type sump that will replace your current bolt-in sump or work as a new install. This sump will replace any sump that uses a 3″ hole in the bottom of your fuel tank and does not have a bolt pattern larger than 4.5″. From our research, this covers most every sump on the market. The o-ring on our sump covers the bolt pattern that was previously drilled during the bolt-in type sump install and creates a nice leak-free install.
Machined steel 4.62″ flange (S400 flat V) for your S400 turbo. Most Borg Warner S400 T4 turbine housings utilize this style exhaust outlet flange. It has a machined recess to accept a 4″ pipe. Includes heavy-duty quick-release v-band clamp. The flange can be purchased separately without clamp NOTE: Clamp included is a VERY heavy-duty clamp. It is not just your standard cheap clamp that breaks the first time you try to take it off!
